Got 1 summon recently for travelling on road shoulder.

Nobody stop me but yet letter come to my house.

Kenna 6 pts demerit & 150 bucks.

Why like that?

Nobody stop me yet can get summon. Where the logic?

Any riders here, please advise & explain lei..

Best give me some good excuses. Must be very the good or TP will not believe me.

it's a rider responsibility to find out or know the rules and regulations, dun expect the govern to spoon feed u. That is why the legal age to learn or obtain a lic had changed bcos they believed that these group belongs to the mature grp...or bro, u pass ur lic in msia? msians always ride along road shoulder..

Safety and accident zero is more important, road shoulder is useful for biker especially during raining day and heavy traffic....

was it raining? think raining ride on road shoulder is still an offence. But could be mitigation plea.

on another note, would a biker be fined if drive on bus lane but there's no bus in sight?
